Where do I find my delivered files?

How to find returned files

Returned files can be accessed via our Customer Portal in the completed task overview. You will also receive an email with the finished file directly to your email.

How long do the files get stored

As a default, files are stored for 180 days on our servers but this can be changed via the account owners profile.
