By mistake, you might have created a new trial account instead of joining your company’s account.

Other reasons why this could happen: If your company has an account at SlideHub, but does not allow new users to join with their business email you need an invitation to join and could end up with a trial account.

How to fix it

You can ask the Account Owner or Manager to send a new invitation to your email.

If you still have questions, we suggest you reach out to our Customer Success Team and we’ll be happy to assign you to the correct company after validation from the Account Owners.
