I can't upload slides

There are two main reasons why you can’t upload slides to your library

1) Your slides are too heavy

If you are trying to save slides to your library, we suggest doing it in batches. Please note - each upload has to be less than 250mb.

When you upload presentations/slides, it's important to know that there are some size limitations to how big the size of the files can be. There are 3 file size stages:

If the file(s) are below 20mb - there will be no warning, as SlideHub can handle it without any issues
Above 50mb - the system will force the file to be standalone slides, which means it cannot be uploaded it as a presentation
Once the files reach 250mb - the system blocks to upload from the beginning, meaning you won't be able to upload the slides

2) You are using an old Safari web browser

Unfortunately, old versions of Safari limits certain functions for SlideHub. If you wish to upload content, you should use a modern web browser. You can change your default browser on your Mac settings.
