I tried to join my company but ended up with a trial account

Why did this happen?

You might have accidentally created a new trial account instead of joining your company’s account.

Alternatively, if your company has an account at SlideHub, but does not allow new users to join with their business email you need an invitation to join. Without the invitation email, you could end up with a trial account.

How to fix it

Ask your Account Owner or Manager to send a new invitation to your email.

If that is not sufficient, we suggest you reach out to our Customer Success Team and we’ll be happy to assign you to the correct company after validation from the Account Owners.
