How to provide task level feedback
At the bottom of each email with your file there is an option to provide a rating to the task and any feedback you would like to pass on to our team. Feedback that is general to your organization, will be stored on the company account and used on tasks for other requesters going forward. Feedback that is specific to you will be stored on your account and will only be used on your tasks going forward.
