How can I change icons and illustrations settings?

Changing the icon settings

1) Click on "Manage Assets" in the add-in and then go to "Asset Settings" or go to https://ppt.slidehub.io/#/asset-settings

2) Enable or disable user access to Standard and/or Company Icons

3) Chose if you want "Full access" where your team can download all styles of icons or "Preferred only" where the styles are chosen by you.

Pro tip The advantage of "Full access" is that your team can be more creative and also download different styles that might fit your clients style if you work in their template. The advantage of "Preferred only" is increased brand compliance. The default style is the icon style all users will get as primary option (default) while the preferred icons are also available. If you chose "Preferred only" and a given icon style is not default or preferred, it is not available to the users!

4) Then you may select the icon styles that best suit your company's branding. Icons styles can be set as default, preferred, neither or both.




5) Head back into PowerPoint and test your new settings by clicking "Insert icons"

2) Navigate to the "Illustrations tab"



3) Enable or disable user access to the Illustration feature

4) Select if you want "Full access" where your team can download all styles of illustrations or "Preferred only" where the styles are chosen by you. If you choose "Preferred only" the default style will be the illustration style all users will get as primary option (default) while the preferred illustrations are also available. If you have "Preferred only" and a given illustration style is not default or preferred, it is not available to the users.

5) Then you may select the illustration styles that best suit your company's branding. Illustration styles can be set as default, preferred, neither or both.
