I sent a task and forgot to add more instructions. Now what?

You can send more instructions via the thread email.
After you send a task, our team of Project Managers will scope your task and respond with an estimated delivery time. You can respond to that email with your additional instructions.

You can also write a new message directly to that thread email in case you need to reach out to the project manager currently working on your task.

Every task is linked to a project code and an email thread for your convenience.
