What is the Presentation Builder and how to use it?

The Presentation Builder empowers you to effortlessly customize presentations for each client, ensuring they receive the most relevant and impactful content. This tool can be particularly beneficial for sales teams, enabling them to tailor presentations based on specific client needs, industries, or goals, leading to more personalized and effective proposals.
The Library Manager can apply the presentation builder to any existing presentations in the library, enabling you to quickly customize and create engaging presentations with the help of variable slide groups.


How to use a presentation builder



1) Go to the company library and under 'Categories' click on "Presentations". If there are any presentation builders, you'll find them marked by a red ribbon with a lightning icon in the upper-right corner of the presentation previews



2) After finding the presentation you want to use, hover over it and click "Download". If the presentation has variable slide group(s), a new window will pop up where you can (based on the guide/description the library manager provided) select the most relevant slide(s)

3) After selecting the relevant slide(s), click on "Finalize"

If both the presentation builder and placeholders are present in the presentation, click on "Next." This will open the Placeholders window, where you should complete the form with the relevant information.

4) That's it! Your presentation is now customized with the most relevant slides.
