3 ways in which you can send tasks

SlideHub has 3 ways in which you can send design service tasks:

1) Using our Platform
2) Using our PowerPoint software. You can download it here.
3) Sending your task by email to request@slidehub.io

If you wish to learn how to send a task, we suggest you watch these videos.

a) Send a task through SlideHub platform:

This is the fastest way to send a task. It provides a guide to define your requirements. Our team of Project Managers will understand more clearly and begin working on it.

b) Send a task through PowerPoint Software:

Using the PowerPoint Software is the easiest way. You can choose the slides to work on directly for the presentations you’re working on and add instructions as well. However, you will not have the option to select a specific deadline for your task.

c) Send a task through mail:

This works best when your presentation is almost complete, and you don’t require to add detailed instructions. It makes the process more natural for users, however there might be size restrictions for your email provider.

Pro tip: Use the PowerPoint Software or SlideHub Platform portal to avoid any size limitations – some email providers oftentimes have a size limitation of 20mb depending on your server settings.

What should I include when sending a task?

• Input slides
• Master template (if your input slides are not in the master you want)
• Instructions
• Deadline

How do I know if I sent a task correctly?

If your task was sent correctly, a project manager will get back to you within 20 minutes to confirm the information or to ask any potential questions.
We suggest you reading the article “How long does a task take?” to understand more about our turnaround times and types of tasks.
