How can I insert slides using dynamic content placeholders?

Go to “Insert slides”. Any slides or presentations containing with placeholders will be marked with a placeholder icon.
Click “Fill & Insert” to start adding content into your placeholders.

Fill placeholders and insert slide

Next, a new window will open where you can see all placeholders within your slides.
All the placeholders were set up by a manager to guarantee that no information is left out.

Replace all the placeholders with your data
Insert your file

That’s it! Your slides now have all the data you have just written, and you can be confident that all the information is client specific and up-to-date.

The next time you need to reuse the same presentation for a different client, all you have to do is repeat the process. Your previous file containing old information will not be saved into the library but the main file with placeholders will always be available to be used and tailored again and again.
